Hi, my name is erasmo

Before I tell you about myself and my work as a coach, I’d like to invite you to watch a brief video where you can get to know me a bit more.

While I love words, when we work together, you’ll hear my voice and see my expressions and body language.

Working with someone around your hopes and dreams can feel intimidating. In the many unknowns, through this video, I hope to make it clear who you’ll be working with.

My Approach

Now, how? Through coaching, I work to be the change I want to see in the world by being the person others were for me on my journey toward building an aligned life. This intention shows up in a few core ideas that guide how I work with clients.

Rapport

Our rapport—that is, the coach–client relationship—is the foundation of our work and, as such, of the utmost importance. That’s why, in our initial session(s), we’ll mutually screen one another to see if we’re a good fit.

client-centered

To me, being client-centered means focusing on what you want to talk about and what you want to get out of our sessions.

This isn’t about me telling you what to do. You know your life best. While I’ll check in ultimately, you’re in the driver’s seat.
